Guests under 18 years old cannot make reservations without the intervention of an adult. Children up to 3 years old can share a room with their parents, with a maximum of two children per room. Regarding pets, at the moment our property is not adapted to accommodate them, so we do not offer a Pet Friendly option.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, while check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM. Breakfast is included in the rate and is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Our pool is available for guests to enjoy from 10:00 AM until midnight. In addition, we have a Pool Bar where you can enjoy drinks, beverages, empanadas, and toasted sandwiches in a relaxed atmosphere. The bar is open daily from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Cleaning Policy
All our rooms include amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Cleaning service is included in your stay, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment during your visit. If you wish to enjoy the pool, you can request exclusive towels for this area at the reception.

If you want to explore the surroundings, El Calafate offers numerous options within a short distance from the hotel. Just a few minutes on foot, you can walk along Paseo del Bosque, a trail surrounded by lenga and ñire trees that connects you with Patagonian nature. You can also visit the Glaciarium, a top-level glaciological interpretation center where you will learn everything about the region's glaciers. For shopping and souvenir lovers, the shopping area on Avenida del Libertador is just a few steps away and stays open late with artisanal shops and chocolatiers. If you're looking for a different experience, you can cruise on Lake Argentino or take a trip to the Perito Moreno Glacier, located only 80 kilometers from downtown. And when you return, relax in our pool open until midnight or enjoy a selection of cocktails, empanadas, and smoothies at our Pool Bar, open from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
